Top 8 Friendliest Hypoallergenic Dog Breeds

I have been trying for months to convince my family to get a dog. I am allergic to dogs so I have been researching all sorts of hypoallergenic dog, so far I have found eight of the most friendly dog breed!

1. Bernedoodle

The Bernedoodle is a mix of the Poodle and Bernese Mountain Dog. Both the Poodle and Bernese Mountain dog are known to be very calm friendly dogs, so therefor the Bernedoodle is one of the calmest doodle breeds. Bernedoodles love to swim, they are extremely affectionate, they love their family and they are very easy to train. One thing you should note about Bernedoodle is that they are very VERY large dogs.

2. Cavapoo

A Cavapoo is another Poodle mix with a Cavalier King Charles. Cavaliers are very good sweet dogs, therefor making the Cavapoo sweet and intelligent too! A Cavapoo is closely related to a Cockapoo but Cavapoo are less active and they don't bark whereas Cockapoos have a high tendency to bark. Cavapoo are cuddly and are lap dogs.

3. Goldendoodle

Goldendoodles are a mix of a Golden Retriever and a Poodle. They are very friendly and great for families. If you are looking for a calm dog this may not be the best fit for you as Goldendoodles tend to be very crazy dogs.

4. Maltese

Malteses are small sweet and adorable, they are very affectionate and don't bark a lot. They are very easy to train and only need a bit of exercise

5. Schnauzer

Schnauzers are friendly smart dogs, and they are obedient. One doncied is that they have a very high tendency to bark. If you are looking for a very active dog this dog may just be the perfect one for you!

6. Poodle

Poodles are affectionate, good with children, strangers, and other dogs. They have a low tendency to bark, but they cant have much time alone or they will suffer from separation anxiety.

7. Labradoodle

The Labradoodle is a crossbreed between the Poodle and Labrador Retriever. If your allergies are less severe than the Labradoodle would be perfect for you!

8. Portuguese Water Dog

The Portuguese Water Dog requires regular grooming. They are affectionate but they may not be great with strangers, it also has a high tendency to bark. If you are looking for a calm breed this may not be the best fit.
